We live in a hectic, fast-paced world. Often, the stresses of life threaten to overwhelm us. Relationships, family, finances, and work, although rewarding, can often overtax our ability to cope. For some of us experiences in our past, such as bad relationships, abuse, trauma, and family issues keep us from experiencing life the way we were meant to. These stresses and experiences can manifest as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and harmful behavior that leave us hopeless and miserable. These things need not be a barrier to you in experiencing a healthier, happier life.

I use talk therapy in a gentle, non-judgmental, and supportive environment in which these issues can be examined and solutions that fit your unique circumstances can be formulated. I also use EMDR to treat trauma and PTSD.
